OECD SME Policy Index project
Eurecna S.p.A., our partner company, was commissioned by OECD and EC to carry out a brief independent review of the SME policy index reports from the Western Balkans countries. For the revision of the BiH draft policy index report, which was presented by the BiH Governments at a national bi-lateral meeting (on October 25, 2006 in Sarajevo), Eurecna hired the Agenore’s Consultant. The Consultant produced a revised index indicating where the government’s assessment might be adjusted up or down the index, highlighting the index level and providing a brief explanation. This report is organised into the 10 sections of the EU Charter for SMEs.
For the next three years, the Western Balkans Governments will review progress in charter implementation using a common matrix structure. This will enable a clearer comparison of progress made in the region.
