Project name: Civil Servants Trainings Project

Agenore’s role: Agenore consultant engaged as expert for HRM

Project description

Civil Servants Training Project is a year-long programme designed to meet the major identified training needs of civil servants in BiH, at state and entity level. Emphasis is put on the State capacity strengthening and strategy of planned training is based on relevant assessments conducted by the Civil Service Agencies in BiH as well as on findings that have been reached through the Systematic Review of public Administration Institutions. CTSP objective is to deliver the training to 3000 civil servants in BiH.

The main goal of this project is strategic approach to capacity building, that will contribute to strengthening of civil service in BiH through development and implementation of training, based on priorities which are defined in of Agencie’s  plans and other relevant documents, including Functional Review made by Delegation of European Commission to BiH.

During the realization of main goal, following direct goals will be realized:

1.      Development and implementation of identified needs from training programme for civil servants in BiH, which are the result of estimation report and which consider harmonization with regulation, including EU standards.

2.      Further development of capacities of Civil Service Agencies in organizing reasonable and strategic oriented training for civil servants.

3.      Development of standards aimed at promoting high quality training of civil servants ans value of long life learning according to EU approach.
